A back-saving gardening tip from Dr. Lombardi!

How is Hamilton Back Clinic doing their part to collectively reduce the spread? everyone entering the building is required to wear a mask or facial covering. everyone entering the building must wash their hands or disinfect their gloved hands with sanitizer immediately.... Our waiting room is currently not in use. Patients are directly brought into pre-sterilized rooms at their appointment time. Patients are reminded not to come early, if they do they are asked to remain in their vehicle until we contact them. (This may change as public health provides social distancing guidelines for reception areas as the province re-opens). Dr. Lombardi is wearing PPE (gloves and mask) with every patient. Other therapists will also follow their colleges directive on PPE’s. All front end staff is wearing gloves and masks. One-way traffic: HBC patients enter via the parking lot HBC entrance and exit via the Makeup Worx Rymal Rd entrance. The front desk has been furnished with a plexiglass barrier for when patients make payment and re-book appointments. All rooms and surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant after every patient visit.

Community is at the heart of everything we do. Keeping our clients and staff healthy is always a priority. Like many others our team is closely following guidelines from the Centers from Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Heath Organization (WHO), and local health organizations. We’ve taken precautions to keep our studio and clinic spaces extra clean. Extra disinfectant wipes are available for frequent disinfecting for all staff and clients. You will be asked t...o wash your hands upon entering both the clinic and studio spaces. Our staff, as always, will continue to wash their hands prior to each and every appointment. If you are sick with any symptoms please don’t hesitate to call us and we can reschedule appointments. There is reason to be cautious but let’s all remain calm. This is scary, to be sure. Made scarier by the media, by the misinformation that’s causing us to be confused and worried. Let’s continue to wash our hands, wave to people and always remember to be kind even if it’s from a distance.
