I recently had a failure in my garage door opener. A neighbour called very early one morning to report that the door was opening and closing on its own and had been doing so for some time. I spoke with Terry in your office who was most help in assisting me trying to trouble shooting the problem. She then directed me to the manufacturer who informed me that there is a problem with the controllers which they would replace but due to COVID 19 they had just resumed production and... would not be able to ship for several weeks. I then spoke again with Terry who determined you had the unit in stock. At that point, it was uncertain if the motor unit was also not working so we scheduled an appointment for service. Brad showed up as scheduled, determined the motor was fine and replaces the controller. The service and assistance provided by Terry and Brad was excellent and reflects very well on your company. I am a first timer to HDS and just had my garage door fixed by Cody and I will say, whatever that man commands for a salary, I would pay him that no questions asked. He is worth his weight in gold ( but truth be told, he should eat more)... And Terri.. The face of your business, the same goes for her. So kind, personable and knowledgeable to boot. It was so refreshing to have her reply to an email so quickly and when I called, not to have to deal with robot blah.. blah.. Her voice and assurance that my issue could be corrected was the relief I needed..... Much like knowing there are two gulps of Pepto Bismol in the fridge and I just ate some Flamin HOT Doritos....
