Believers in Christ, I greet you in the name of Jesus our Lord and Savior. By now most of us are aware that concerns and recommendations relative to the Coronavirus (COVID 19) has caused most public gathering to be suspended until further notice. This includes our regular worship service at Hamilton East Seventh-day Adventist Church. Therefore, as of this Sabbath March 21 2020, and going forward, we will be having ONLINE service Only to include our Sabbath School which will... begin at 10:30 am to 11:00 am via zoom (instructions to follow) I will still stand in the pulpit, hence live streaming of the divine service will begin at 11:00 am., ending at 11:45 am. At a unique time like this, it is easy to lose faith but I endeavor to remind us that Jesus’ words to Perter recorded in LK. 22:32 is for all of us when he said, I have prayed for thee that your faith fail not . This we can claim because Jesus said it again in Jn.17:19 -17 declaring, I pray for them. I am not praying for the world, but for those you have given me, for they are yours . Let us therefore be assured that at a difficult time like this Jesus is with us and as our redeemer and leader we need not fear the future unless we forget how he has led us in the past. See more
