This year we celebrated International Women's Day in a BIG way through the EmpowHERment Boot Camp! The EmpowHERment Boot Camp has a mission to build community support, create safe spaces for women to explore their physical abilities and and raise funds for women and girls in need. #TrainerTipTuesday Looking for a place to start in your fitness routine! Start with adding in more stretching! Flexibility is one of the top factors that contribute to healthy aging. It is often over looked, but extremely important. Start with picking a time of day that you have 10 minutes to stretch. Stretching might feel uncomfortable, but shouldn't be painful. You can hold your stretch anywhere from 30-90 seconds (the more the better!), if 30 seconds feels like a lot of work, start with that and build up.
