We are redesigning the HBI Pub to create cozy cubby's for two to six people. Enjoy your meal and beverage with your pod in a personal space! We will be open in Herons with our pub menu Monday, Tuesday Wednesday November 16 to 18 4:00pm to 8:00pm while we renovate the HBI Pub.

In honour of Remembrance Day we would love to see photos of your family that served in the war. Post in the comments below and tell us a bit about them! This handsome fellow is George Denbeigh Taylor ( father of Lois ) . George trained fighter pilots out east in world war 2 . He sent off many of young men but too many did not return . George made it through the war but later died of a heart attack when his children were quite young. His grandchildren never had a chance to meet him but imagine the stories he could tell! Lest we forget

The Legion is closed on Nov 11. We ask that you please do NOT come to the Legion that day. Instead, we encourage you to observe the 2 minutes of silence at 11am from your living room, your deck, your driveway, or your front yard. When you’re done, take a picture and post it on this page with the hashtag #WeRemember. In that way, we can still be virtually together while staying safely apart.
