Holy Smokes will be serving our authentic slow cooked over wood/charcoal BBQ .... come and enjoy our pulled pork "squealer" , the mighty "Whole Hog" sandwich, o...ur awesome smoked baloney, and a BBQ isnt complete without St. Louis style Ribs sold by the 1/2 rack or 1/4 rack. Pair up the BBQ meats with one or more of our homemade sides... mac and cheese, coleslaw and sweet cornbread. Try the crowd pleasing pulled pork topped mac and cheese bowl!!! If you still have room for more goodness ... finish it all off with a peanut butter and chocolate lava cake parfait.... layers of peanut butter and chocolate lava cake, real whipped cream and our homemade peanut butter fudge sauce.
