Skilled Pool Construction Leader ... - Wage $18-32 per hour based on experience in the industry - Experience & knowledge of power/hand tools and all pool construction and service equipment - Heavy lifting, bending, standing for long periods of time. Working in most weather conditions - Concrete experience: grout, rough coat, deck finishing a huge asset & ideal (MUST BE ABLE TO GROUT!) - MUST have previous installation experience to be considered (ideally 2-5 yrs min) - Organized, pays strong attention to detail, and good paperwork skills 2. Service Technician/ Crew Leader - Wage based on experience in the industry, 1-2 years (min) required. $15.00-$25.00/hr - This position includes a variety of duties: pool openings, pool closings, service calls, weekly maintenance, in shop repairs, & liner/safety cover installations, etc. - You may be required to work six-day work weeks during peak season (May/June & September/October) 3. General Laborer (Pool Maintenance/ Construction) - Wage based on experience in the industry $14.25-20.00/hr - Work & assist in all things pool related - Assist pool construction crews, opening/closing services & maintenance crews - Pool experience is an asset but not a must All Successful applicants for all of the above positions will: - Possess excellent customer service skills - Be mechanically inclined & able to work with tools - Able to work any weekend & shifts as required - Able to perform physical labour, which requires heavy lifting - Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills COVID-19 precautions in place.
