Horse & Soul Discovery

Our family is grieving the loss of my children’s grandfather and my step father. We have finally taken the time the last few days to spend with our herd. It’s been a whirlwind of emotion and change. We always find solid ground and comfort when with the horses. Today, Marley let Taylor literally lean on him while she took some time to center and breathe. The expression on both their faces says it all.

Our sweet boy, Gattlin. This horse has brought some amazing people in our lives. His previous owners ( the breeders) at Light Speed are some of the kindest people we have ever met. I think their love for their horses shines through and as just a yearling, Gattlin embodies their essence in every way. Kind, gentle, loving and so willing. This boy has had a few sessions this summer he’s so quiet natured. He has given the gift of courage to some young people who really needed that.
