Cleaning out our chicken house in preparation for the baby chicks coming end of April Our poor ducks and one chicken (Miss Miracle) didn’t know what was happening as we invaded their house. We also have a few renovations to do inside and outside the coop in order to upgrade and make things nice and homey for our little critters.

We needed a straw bale to use for bedding the ducks. I remember building forts and mazes with the small square bales when we were kids. Bale jumping was another fun sport! Loved it Did you play in the bales when you were a kid?
