Happiness is... ...a giant pumpkin jack o' lantern bonfire :-) Happy Halloween everyone!

On this dull dreary day, in the heart of autumn, I have to say that I'm delighted to be closed for the season. Woohoo! Thank-you everyone for supporting this little farm, in this most unusual year. We have had unexpected challenges, but thanks to you, we have had a wonderful season. While I am glad our farm gate is now closed, I know in six months I'll be glad to see you again. As for our unpainted pumpkins, we're completely sold out of orange pumpkins...yeah us, what a year!... Sunday Oct 18 is our final day of the season. There are a few assorted exotic pumpkins, and even fewer squash, mostly buttercup. We will be pulling fresh beets in the morning, and of course we have lots honey, straw bales, and corn stalks. btw, I understand the person with the highest offer for this pumpkin plans to smash it on Nov. 4th, although I'd be tempted to watch it rot away until inauguration day, you know, let nature take its course.

For Sale! It's a Covid-19 Pumpkin! Ricardo's artwork may be the best thing about that darned virus, and it could be yours! It took Ricardo (on the left) hours to do this, mostly with spray paint, so I think it's a bargain. $100... Please note, Ricardo's getting the $100, not us. Final Weekend! What's left? About 500 assorted jack-o-lantern, pie, and exotic pumpkins, mostly small and medium, plus squash, beets, honey, straw bales, plus a few tomatillos. All the pumpkins are now around our store, but you can take a stroll out to the patch if you want to stretch your legs. We're open 9:00 - 5:00 Sat and Sun, obviously the sooner you come, the better the selection!
