It's Thursday. You know what that means. Yes, it is #ThrowbackThursday! Here is a photo of the Great Western Railway yards and station that was at Bay and Stuart Streets in Hamilton, 1870.
On April 14, 1963, The Beatles had a night off. Wanting to keep up on the local music scene, they decided to visit the Crawdaddy Club in Richmond-upon-Thames, S...urrey, England, to see an unsigned band. That band called them selves " The Rolling Stones. Here is a picture of what the Stones looked like around that time. Such nice looking young clean cut boys they were.. 58 years ago today. Could you imagine being in that club that night? Were any of you?

We're not too sure about this rumour, but this is what we were told the 2020 poinsettias for the holidays were going to look like. Not surprising considering how this year has gone.

Good morning everybody, we've got a question for you. If you had the chance to go back in time to attend a sporting event (or game) which one would you go to? I think I would go back to one of the Blue Jays' World Series clinching games to be at.
Happy National Pumpkin Day! Have you picked out yours yet? If so, have you or when will you turn it into a jack-o-lantern?

Gordon Lightfoot is celebrating his 82nd birthday today. Gordon achieved international success in folk, folk-rock, and country music, and has been credited for ...helping define the folk-pop sound of the 1960s and 1970s. He has been referred to as Canada's greatest songwriter and internationally as a folk-rock legend. Lightfoot's songs, including "For Lovin' Me", "Early Morning Rain", "Steel Rail Blues", "Ribbon of Darkness"a number one hit on the U.S. country chart with Marty Robbins's cover in 1965 and the 1967 Detroit riot-generated "Black Day in July", brought him international recognition in the 1960s. He experienced chart success in Canada with his own recordings, beginning in 1962 with the No. 3 hit "(Remember Me) I'm the One". His recordings have had great success in other countries besides his native Canada. His big hits include "If You Could Read My Mind" which reached No. 5 on the US charts; "Sundown", "Carefree Highway" and "Rainy Day People" which all reached No. 1, and "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald" which only made it to #2. If you could be at Gordon's birthday party tonight, and he said he would let you choose just one of his songs form him to play, which one would you choose? Happy Birthday Mr. Lightfoot!!!! (PS. For the next few weeks The College of Rock and Roll Knowledge will be adding this on to all of our posts. With the Holiday season rapidly coming upon us, we would like to invite you to visit our 'store' where we have a number of different t-shirts, hoodies and kids (including babies) items for the perfect Holiday gift. Please click on the 'Shop Now' button on the right side of our home page. Thanks)

Good morning everybody. Let's start #FlashbackFriday off with a moment that Canadian baseball fans still hold right up there as the best Blue Jays moment ever. 27 years ago today Joe Carter touched them all with the game winning walk off home run against the Phillies. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-F5HwiGm7lg
Which of these 1960s TV families was the spookiest family to watch? The Addams Family or The Munsters?
Good morning and happy Thursday everybody. The weekend is just around the corner.
We cannot let this day go by without acknowledging what a special day it is. Today is our general manager's birthday. Many that have been down at Hutch's since late March have seen Rick as he has been managing the front door for much of the day. Happy Birthday Rick and thank you for all you do for the staff and customers.
The Great Pumpkin arrives in 10 days. However, you won't be able to watch it this year unless you have Apple TV as it will not be on broadcast TV for the first time in 54 years. #GoodGrief #Halloween2020 #thegreatpumpkin #Peanuts #CharlieBrown
Halloween is not far away now, so we want to know one thing. Do you prefer candy apples or caramel apples?
