For anyone out there that has Access TV and are having troubles getting your tv back up and running after the power outage, unplug the power from the back of the receiver, wait a couple seconds and it should start booting up again! With how crazy everything has been the last week regarding the COVID ( Coronavirus ) we have had some customers asking questions regarding their Access Communication TV packages, specifically any sports channels or packages you currently have included in your programming. I have spoke with Access and they have informed me that the only thing they are suggesting at this moment is to call in and cancel any sports channels that you currently have. When life gets back to normal, you can then call in and hook the channels back up. I'm sorry there is nothing more we can do ! We will stay open until we are instructed that we cant any longer ( if it comes to that ) . We have taken all the required safety precautions that we have been instructed on and all we can hope for is that everyone stays safe and we wish everyone the best!
