EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY This by far is one of the hardest decisions any business in town has had to make but with everyone’s support, we can all get through this. We are considered an essential business but in all reality, everyone’s safety is the most essential. ... We here at Indian Head Technology Services find it in everyone’s best interest to shut our doors down to the public coming in and out of the store. With the numbers in town growing we here at IHTS want to protect all our valued customers along with our staff. We will still keep everything up and running but if you need assistance with anything or looking for any item we will be here for all phone calls or messages. Our installs will proceed as normal with all the precautions being taken and will be minimizing our in home portions as much as possible, along with wearing masks and sanitizing as much as needed. Any fixes that need to be done, we will have you call in and will have a drop box outside, we will then sanitize it and bring it in and call you with any issues or when the item is fixed and ready to go. Appointments are welcomed as long as you call ahead and we will be more then willing to set up a time for you to come into the store. Wearing a mask is mandatory. Only 1 person in the store at all times. We are asking anyone that needs to come into our store to make a payment of any sort to please enter wearing a mask and we have sanitizer on the counter for your use! We are all in a tough situation right now and a very scary time so please accept our apologies but we all need to protect one another! Our 1st priority is to keep everyone as safe as possible. For anyone out there that has Access TV and are having troubles getting your tv back up and running after the power outage, unplug the power from the back of the receiver, wait a couple seconds and it should start booting up again! If you have any troubles please send me a message and I can help you. Stay safe!!

With how crazy everything has been the last week regarding the COVID ( Coronavirus ) we have had some customers asking questions regarding their Access Communication TV packages, specifically any sports channels or packages you currently have included in your programming. I have spoke with Access and they have informed me that the only thing they are suggesting at this moment is to call in and cancel any sports channels that you currently have. When life gets back to normal, you can then call in and hook the channels back up. I'm sorry there is nothing more we can do ! We will stay open until we are instructed that we cant any longer ( if it comes to that ) . We have taken all the required safety precautions that we have been instructed on and all we can hope for is that everyone stays safe and we wish everyone the best!
