Chef Nick Bhalesar is experimenting with the Worlds 2 Hottest peppers. Bhut Jolokia(1,001,304) Scovilles, & Trinidad Moruga Scorpion(2,009,231 Scovilles). Will be making one of the best Indian Style hot sauces in Hamilton...ONLY AT INDIA VILLAGE. Will try to get the Carolina Reaper (2,200,000 Scovilles) to add to it.
