MOTION GRANTED - APPLICATION DENIED! I received my decision today from the Ontario Divisional Court, for the Motion heard this past Monday October 5, 2020. Sad...ly, but not surprisingly the WSIAT (Ontario's WCAT) motion was granted without question! They got standing as a party and my application for judicial review was dismissed. I have already sent an inquiry to the Court about the procedure for the next steps for appealing this decision.
