Accessing cheap interest rates through lines of credit and 0% credit cards or even a small loan from Mom and pop can be a life saver in these economic times. 4) as a last resort, we have documentation ready for a portion of rent to be deferred and amortized over the remainder of each individual’s lease agreement.
