May is finally here -- didn't April seem like the longest year ever? Exciting things are starting to happen across the country with regards to opening up the rehabilitation sector. Private physiotherapy clinics are starting to resume in-clinic services today in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. This re-opening requires the increased use of PPE, sanitization, modified shifts for workers and changes in clinic volume. I will be consulting with a few colleagues in these prov...inces to monitor this return. As of today, there has been no announcement for the re-opening of the rehab sector in Ontario. So we will continue to offer VIRTUAL TELEHEALTH consulting until it is deemed safe enough to resume 1 on 1 in-clinic services. I will continue to update our status as more information becomes available. Stay active and stay safe everyone. Craig
