KW-Karate-Dojo 03.01.2021

Online classes will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays Starting December 1st 2020. It is the same mood and rhythm of an active dojo. Level 2 ( white - Yellow - Orange - Green ) : 6:20 pm to 7:10 pm Level 3 (Blue and above ) : 7:20 pm to 8:15 pm.... We hope by sharing these classes with you we will keep the Itosu Kai family strong and united. Do your best and have fun!

I am excited to announce that we will be reopening our dojo on Tuesday, Sept 1st with new social distancing guidelines. Please see the new class schedule below: Level 2 (1 hour) : 5:55pm - 6:55pm Level 3 (1 hour 30 min) : 7:10pm to 8:40pm... Classes will be held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We can only accomodate 20 students per class at this time due to social distancing. Everybody entering the dojo will have to sign a waiver form and have their temperature checked prior to joining the class. If you feel sick or have been around someone who is sick, please stay home. Please note we cannot allow spectators in the dojo at this time. Parents\Guardians are asked to wait outside or in their vehicles. The dojo has been set up per Karate Canada guidelines to ensure everyone's safety. The change rooms are closed and we ask that everybody comes to class prepared in their karate uniform.
