Although at face value it may look as though it’s be unproductive, the mindset shift has been monumental.... I’m certain that without this year of personal growth, I’d be unable to lead the @medconnectapp team through the plans we have for 2019. Right now, there’s a lot of voices in the entrepreneurship sphere that spew a just get something done mantra; however, there’s something valuable in a strategic, structured, and articulate approach to business and life. I’m not downplaying the importance of action. Doing is a cornerstone to accomplishment and a foundational element of success, but so is mindset. Make time for self. Hard work is no longer a differentiator; it’s a barrier to entry. Sustainable mental health will be the new differentiator between success and failure.
