Is it VAIN that part of me wanted to show everyone in my community, and in my life, that I could be a SUCCESS at whatever I set my mind too? OH MY GAWD... will you look at ME Can you say obsessive tanner? Sun worshipper? Lover of all things toasty warm? CAN YOU SEE THE EFFECTS due to my love of the rays from this yellow dwarf star?! Hell ya you can... but not TODAY peeps... not TODAY.... 3.5 years ago I tried Reverse for my OBVIOUS sun damage... I still use it today along with our Active Hydration Serum& Bright Eye Complex EVERY MORNING & then our New+Improved Redefine anti aging line and Multifunction Eye Cream, Derma Roller/Intensive Renewing Serum duo EVERY EVENING...& I do incorporate many other products (masks/Microdermabrasion Paste etc) 3X/week just to shake it up a bit Seem like a lot? It’s not... really. Takes me 3 min in the morning and 4 min at night BUT THE RESULTS?! I’d easily take 10+ min if I had to in order to achieve RESULTS LIKE THIS... or should I say LIKE MINE BELOW!!!! But do not fret my little jelly beans...there are ways to come closer to achieving your ideal work-life balance... ~ PRIORITIZE & RePrioritize often ~ constantly evaluate what you value and work to ensure your work-life balance aligns with your priorities.... ~ SET your work-life balance boundaries firmly ~ ie: no emails on the weekend ~ BE CONSISTENT ~ No matter how many times you say you are offline on the weekends, if you spend your Saturday afternoon answering emails, you are sending the message that weekend emails are fair game. ~ FIND Time EVERYDAY to Unplug ~ self explanatory... just stick to it. ~ EMPTY your Bucket ~ Be fully PRESENT in what you are doing, and leave it there when you are done. What can you do TODAY to create your own personal work~life balance?

Stepping out of one’s COMFORT ZONE is an imperative factor in personal growth... How can we expect to evolve if we stick to the same routine DAY in & DAY out? Reaching NEW heights involves the risk of attempting something we might NOT succeed at... and that’s A OK Have you LOOKED outside?!
