I'm so very excited to let you all know I am now offering Thai Yoga Massage! This bodywork therapy combines acupressure, hand/foot reflexology and assisted yoga postures. In a treatment you are guided through a series of yoga postures to stretch the body also using palm and thumb pressure along the body's energy lines while incorporating reflexology on the hands and feet. These practices work together for a full body treatment that relieves muscle tension, improves circulat...ion, boosts immune function and balances out the energy of the body, leaving you feeling incredibly relaxed. Thai Yoga Massage is done on a large mat on the floor, fully dressed in comfortable clothing for ease of movement and flexibility.
