I have spoken to Johnny this morning, and we have came to an agreement. He can have any of the memorabilia he wishes to have.

To all the rumours of us stealing his memorabilia and not returning it. The agreement was for the restaurant and its sports memorabilia. It was agreed upon by Johnny, that the restaurant and its collection would be transferred to the new ownership. These were the agreed upon terms between us. He had agreed to leave his memorabilia with the restaurant, so that it could represent and show what Johnny has brought to his restaurant and to Whitby. I have spoken to Johnny this evening and he has stated, He had nothing to do with these rumours and he is fine with his collection staying at the restaurant. He just wants to live a peaceful retirement. His memorabilia will continue to be at the restaurant for many years to come. It will continue to represent a shrine of all the things that Johnny has brought to the town of Whitby.
