Stats Can reported that fewer than 20% of Canadians get enough physical exercise (2011). In 2018, 40% get more than 30 minutes of activity per day (6% get non...e!). Why do we as physiotherapists push exercise...well this is just one reason, your mental health. Our bodies love movement, and so do our brains. See more
