I am humbled and grateful for this past week celebrating my 27th trip around the sun. It was truly a journey to celebrate, as this past year was a profound journey coming home to myself It was letting go of old stories, beliefs, programs, patterns, people, energy, fears, and traumas And opening up to expansion, community, purpose, unconditional love, a support system, a deeper connection to source/god/universe, wisdom, and deep faith in myself on this journey. ... I’m so grateful for each stepping stone, struggle, lesson, and person that has led me to this moment. I would not have made it here without pushing into the unknown and deep into discomfort. I also would not have made it here without community and a network of people that inspired and supported me along the way I know deeply that community saves and transforms lives. I also know that it’s my purpose to share opportunity to those in need of such support and community. Rightfully so, this year birthed @theconnectedcommunity a safe place for exactly that. My wish for anyone that this reaches is that they know when they’re ready for change, to step into the unknown and be supported by a community that it’s here. My wish this year is healing for the collective, starting right here in my community. It is to see you when you’re ready within the community and to have the honour of supporting you on your journey back home. This brings me my highest joy, and I plan to be living in it on this next lap around the sun. Thank you for hearing me, thank you for seeing me, thank you for loving me. EVERYTHING has a vibration. Just like people and places have a certain vibration , so do foods. All foods have a vibrational frequency related to bioelectricity and we can consciously chose high vibrational foods to raise our energetic vibration. HOW we eat these foods will also alter our vibration... Here are some of my WHAT and HOWs to eat consciously for my vibrational state ... Eat whole, organic, and seasonal foods as often as possible (fruits vegetables, nuts, and seeds). Eat live, freshly harvested foods as often as possible. Grow your own food or visit farmers markets often! Put love and intention into the preparation of your food. Bless and thank your food for its sacrifices to nourish you. Eat in a calm seated environment and mindfully chew. Acknowledge that you are eating. SUN GAZING is a FREE rebellious act against the matrix that will help you decalcify the pineal gland, increase life force energy, tap into your intuition, PSYCHIC abilities, and possibly levitate your snacks A few friendly tips Practice within an hour of sunrise/sunset (it’s safer when the sun is closest to the earth)... Build your way up from 5-10-20 & up to 30 mins Stand barefoot on the ground Remove contacts or glasses and don’t sun-gaze through windows If the sun feels too bright, you can squint, gaze around the sun or raise your hands and make a triangle and hold it up against the sun. Then just stare at or around the sun, through the gap between your hands. On cloudy days, gaze at the position where the sun is behind the clouds Set your intentions into the sun as part of your daily meditation practice. Don’t forget about comfort food that doesn’t curb the immune system! I know we’re all rekindling a close relationship with our kitchen and snack cupboards. Many of us even falling into emotional/ boredom eating and reaching for comfort food I urge you to be mindful of what you’re putting in your body. Processed foods, sugar, and stimulants will damped the immune system and stress the body... Balls for the holidays, balls on the go, balls for energy when you’re feeling slow (excuse me, I’m still feeling jolly) Keep reading for my fig & sesame ball recipe 10 dried figs ... 4 medjool dates 1/3 cup almond flour 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut shreds 1 tbsp sesame seeds 1. Simply chop the dried figs & dates 2. Blitz all ingredients in blender until it turns into dough 3. Roll into balls and roll in extra sesame and coconut 4. freeze until you want to eat. See more

Just over a year ago today I set off on somewhat of a quarter life crisis journey. I wasn’t living in alignment, I was exhausted, uninspired by my surroundings, living in a toxic environment, and unknowingly in a relationship built on lies & manipulation. I was suddenly AWARE it was time to break the negative cycle with love and comfortability. I finished my schooling, packed my bags, made a half ass plan, and snuck out the back door onto a plane half way across the world.... I knew I had to leave behind my current life to make room for a better one. However It didn’t happen quite that easy, the universe had many lessons in store for me. I was constantly reminded of who I didn’t want to surround myself with, I was taught my carefree attitude could cost me EVERYTHING, I was taught a stranger can be your saviour but also a con artist that will drain your bank and leave you stranded with nothing(some serious under cover quacks in AUS) More importantly, I found myself surrounded by humans so inspiring it made me feel uncomfortable, I became aware of the kind of person I aspired to be, and I finally believed I would get there. I truly started showing up for myself and my people started to show up for me. I’m grateful to say I found the path to my highest self and will continue to be it So let me tell ya...If you’re feeling stagnant or just too damn comfortable in life, take the leap, get out of your comfort zone, get yourself in a pickle, become a pickle...maybe eat yourself, idk. it’ll be a wild ride, but it will set you fucking free See more

Have you hugged your mother today? Are you living consciously for the sake of her well being? Are you respecting her with your day to day choices and setting an example for others?... I’m also asking myself these questions as I helplessly watch my second home (Australia) burn at a dangerous rate. We got lucky this past summer with mild weather but climate change is real. This October was the warmest in history and we all need to be taking part to protect our home. Some adjustments I’ve made with mama in mind include going 90% plant based, saying no to single use plastic, shopping 2nd hand whenever possible, always recycling/composting, and shopping local produce & products. If a Banana, Peanut and Chocolate bar fell into a love triangle their delicious vegan offspring would end up something like this Raw Peanut Butter Banana Cups/Cheesecakes/Callitwhatyouwant For the Base:... 1 cup dates 1/2 cup walnuts 1 tsp Vanilla extract For the peanut butter Layer: 2 cups soaked cashews 1 cup natural peanut butter 1 tbsp maple syrup For the banana Layer: 2 bananas 2 cups cashews, soaked for 2 hours in hot water 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 tsp vegan vanilla protein powder For the topping: 1 1/2 cups coconut yogurt 2 tablespoon vegan chocolate protein powder Instructions: 1. Line cupcake tray with cupcake sheets 2. Blend base and press into bottom and freeze for 30 mins 3. Blend next two layers, pour, and freeze until you want to eat. 4. Let them sit for 5-10 mins before adding a drizzle of fresh peanut butter and the icing. 5. Make icing by simply adding ingredients together and mixing in a bowl then scooping or squeezing through a funnel on top! Sprinkle extra nuts as topping if desired See more

Raise your hand if you’re still on the fence about that mysterious nut cheese Alright, you’re officially invited to my next vegan charcuterie night, yep even the weirdos Keep reading and SAVE this post if you’re on board w/ nut cheese but just don’t want to spend $20 for a nibble of it.... Seriously, this recipe is easier than making PB+J and you might even woo a special someone, or your cat if that’s your current status What you’ll be needing... 2 cups raw cashews 5 cloves garlic 2 medium lemons 3 table spoons of nutritional yeast 1 tsp salt + pepper garlic powder till desired taste fresh dill and additional flavours till desired taste And then... 1. Place cashews in a bowl and cover with cool water. Cover and set over night OR quick soak in boiled water for 2 hours if you’re rushed. 2. Drain cashews and add to food processor with a splash of water. Slowly add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy while scraping down the sides. 3. Add more flavour and water as needed 4.Place a fine mesh over a large mixing bowl, and lay a thin towel or two layers of cheesecloth down in the strainer. 5. Scoop the cheese into cheesecloth or towel then tie the tops of the cloth so it’s shaped similar to a wheel of brie. 6.Place in refrigerator to set over night or until excess moisture disappears and it holds form. 7. Carefully flop onto a plate and serve with crackers or vegetables and be sure to only keep it out of the fridge for a couple hours. 8.
