During this stressful time I’m getting a lot of questions about how to stretch the food you have further! Eggs here in Calgary, AB are harder to find than normal. Some ideas to stretch you egg supply are instead of cooking up a fried or poached egg, or scrambled eggs or the family try: - pancakes with whole wheat flour and chia seeds - homemade muffins - waffles with whole wheat flour and chia seeds - banana or zucchini bread(with whole wheat flour)... - homemade cinnamon raisin bread Each of these recipes only use 1-2 eggs/recipe.
