Glyphosate strikes again In case you don't know already, glyphosate is most often found in weed-killers like Round Up, but is also used as a drying agent for a lot of oat and wheat crops when they're harvested. The thing is it's also known as a likely carcinogen and may cause a myriad of health problems like cancer, liver damage, kidney damage, immune, and digestive problems. It's pretty horrifying that it's being used so rampantly, and in products kids eat regularly.

It's a little mind-blowing how much marketing can influence our purchasing habits and inherent thoughts about nutrition. It's always important to do your own research, but this is something to think about.

It seems like it's been forever, but we're finally seeing studies come out and research-backed information on things we can do to protect ourselves during this pandemic. This isn't peer-reviewed yet and its still a preliminary study, but frankly Vit D is relatively cheap and something we're often deficient in anyway. Maybe next time you're out, pick up a bottle of the liquid sunshine.
