Most recently, Mike was head chef of Pidgin restaurant in London. Chef Keegan Misanchuk (@keeganmisanchuk) led the Segovia Tapas Bar kitchen before moving to London for 2 years where he worked at Michelin Starred restaurant, Brat. Michael and Keegan have returned to Winnipeg, bringing with them a focus on locally sourced ingredients and East London classics. Food will be available for pick-up only. Yesterday, we sampled and examined progress on our first ever barrel aged beers. Back in April, we brewed a big sticky Imperial Stout designed to age for ~9+ months in a variety of ex-bourbon barrels (plus one really fun non-spirit barrel!)... ~7 months in, we're happy with how each barrel is aging in their own unique way. Our plan is to release each as small single-barrel batches hopefully in the second half of this Winter. Until then, we have a few fun tiny batch pastry stouts planned for release starting in a couple weeks! We're open 12-8pm today for order pickups.
