This was an AMAZING dinner last night and so I just had to throw it on here! Buffalo style roasted chickpea salad! When the heat from the Buffalo chickpeas gets too much, just scoop up a little tangy ranch dressing to soothe the palate. I kept it healthy here, with Greek yogurt as a base rather than oils or mayonnaise.
