We have covered open air seating with space heaters, but as we must keep the sides of the tent open for air circulation, it is cooler. Waffles are served from 930-430 Friday to Sunday. You can also order waffles to go - we are ...happy to package everything up and if you wish, you can request the toppings be placed on the side. The raspberries are getting 'fuzzy' with leaves. We've been busy planting the potager garden, pruning & tending to the 4 berry crops and endlessly baking & cooking in the Harvest Kitchen. The Harvest Kitchen is where all our farm products are made. This Sunshine is Awesome!!! We have some products to help keep you cool and the kids & adults happy. 1. We have a few new farm made products, 3 new mimosa from the Estate Winery and of course new safety protocols in place for waffles, wine and staying at the farm to enjoy both. We let you know about our new 100% pure blueberry juice a few days ago, and now we have a new syrup - Maple Berry!!! Maple syrup and our own berry syrup combined!!! YUM! I just had a thought - what if the two were combined in a milksh...ake or refresher!! I'll get on that! The Estate Winery is now making mimosas Friday to Sunday. Visit the winery Bay Window to order a sparkling apple, blueberry or raspberry mimosa. The winery also offers 3 kinds of wine flights, bottle sales, wine by the glass, cider or beer. With the current health restrictions, we can't welcome guests into the winery for a personal wine tasting - but our wine flights are a great option to experience. 5 wines per flight for $9.99. New Safety Seating: We have covered open air & garden seating if the weather cooperates! We have space heaters throughout the covered area, but it's best to bundle up for the weather if you plan to stay. We do 'Take Out' waffle orders too - you can even ask for all the toppings on the side!

Restrictions mean we can't offer personal wine tastings inside the Estate Winery for a few more weeks...so we've opened up the Bay Window for wine sales by the bottle, flight or glass. We have three kinds of wine flights - each with five wines for 9.99! We've also added three new mimosa to the menu - apple, blueberry or raspberry. The Estate Winery is open Friday to Sunday 930-430. The Bay Window is under the covered centre area.... Weekend waffles and wine just got a lot more fun! *please dress accordingly for the weather on weekends when you come to see us - with the current restrictions, we have to have the tent sides open. New Product!!! We now have our own 100% pure blueberry juice bottled and ready inside the Porch for pick up. Perfect with soda or white wine - but also in smoothies and shakes. Give it a try and let us know what you created. HOURS:... The Porch is OPEN daily 930-430. The Estate Winery and Waffle Bar are open Friday to Sunday 930-430. We have covered outdoor seating with some space heaters on the weekend to enjoy waffles and wine - but please dress warmly as the sides of the tent are open due to the health restrictions in place for the next few weeks. If that seems to chilly, please remember we can make your waffles to go! We have biodegradable packaging and can put all your toppings in containers on the side to be enjoyed when and where you like. The Estate Winery is opening up the Bay Window on weekends for service. They are not able to invite guests inside for wine tastings at this time, but still have 3 choices of wine flights, 3 kinds of mimosa and wine, cider or beer by the glass. You can also purchase bottles of wine from the Bay Window on weekends, or from the Porch Monday to Thursday.

Remember the Farm is Closed Good Friday and Easter Sunday this weekend. The Porch, Waffle Bar and Estate Winery Bay Window will be open Saturday April 3rd 930-430. It's going to be a great day - we have the centre tent up and will have covered open air seating options that day - but remember you can also order your waffles to go.... THE FLAPS OF THE TENT WILL BE ROLLED UP on Saturday so please dress warmly for the weather - we will also have space heaters throughout the tent. The Estate Winery will be offering three kinds of mimosa on Saturday - apple, blueberry or raspberry! Find those along with wine flights at the bay window or just past the waffle bar. Any bottle sales of wine Saturday can be purchased from the Porch so we can keep guests from having to go back to the Winery and crossing paths with other people. Our ONE WAY ONLY waffle line and eating areas have been laid out with distancing in mind, and we ask that no more than 6 people from the same family or bubble share a table. Please remember to wear a mask at all times except when eating or drinking and maintain your distance from all other guests - even when in line. We'll have bunny cookies and apple crumble pie in a jar on Saturday - while they last. We also have our new 100% pure blueberry juice at the Waffle Bar and Porch! Flexible Roll with it Adapt Pivot... FRAP aka Frenetic Random Activity Periods. FRAP are high-energy bursts of activity in which a dog looks like s/he is possessed, after which they often lie down exhausted as if they've run a marathon. hmmm, sounds super familiar!! Well, we (along with every other restaurant) are in full frap again. What makes it better are all the kind messages you guys have sent over on instagram - it means the world to us and keeps pushing us to work harder. Honestly the biggest challenge we thought we had this week was making enough of those adorable darn bunny cookies! SO POPULAR! We have our big centre tent up - and are hoping/working hard to have it ready for Saturday Waffles and Wine. If it isn't ready, we still have some outdoor seating areas and of course waffles can be made to go! FYI: You can ask for all your toppings to be placed in containers on the side too - and don't worry about waste - all our packaging, napkins, cutlery & plates are biodegradable! NEW UPDATE Wednesday March 31st Good news / bad news Our centre tent is up - but of course there is more work than we expected to get it ready for this Saturday- we are scrambling to get it done - but it might not be possible. If not - we will still have some outdoor seating available and of course we can make waffles to go! WOW - these little bunny cookies have been so popular we have been struggling to keep up with demand.... Apologies to those of you waiting for cookies or that weren't able to purchase some the past few days - we made A LOT of cookies this past weekend and will continue to make them daily so we will have a great supply this Monday to Thursday - just in time for Easter. A few reminders for Easter Week: 1. We will be closed Good Friday and Easter Sunday - April 2nd and 4th. The Porch & Online Store will be open Monday to Thursday this week, as well as Saturday April 3rd. The Waffle Bar and Estate Winery Bay Window will be open Saturday only this week - April 3rd - 930-430. 2. Starting next week we will now be going back to our off season hours in the Waffle Bar and Estate Winery - they will be open Friday to Sunday ONLY 930-430 until mid May. Starting January 15th, you will be able to visit the Estate Winery Fridays to Sun...days 930am-430pm for award winning wines and fresh hot waffles. Our waffles come regular or vegan/gluten friendly and you can eat in or order them to go. The Online store will open this Friday January 8th and orders can be picked up 7 days a week between 930am and 430pm. Socially distanced one way flow waffle bar. We can make your waffles to go or you stay at the farm and enjoy them. Our seating is socially distanced and we allow no more than six guests per table. The seating is covered & open air with space heaters. 4. The Estate Winery is open with a walk up ordering window directly across from the waffle bar. Guests may order a glass or bottle of wine, wine flights or cup of hot mulled wine. Seating is available and is open air & covered with no more than 6 per table. 5. Shop online and pick up from our online pick up area located behind the Estate Winery. We're always making changes to ensure the Farm, Market and Estate Winery are safe places for our guests and staff. The Estate Winery is now able to welcome guests right into the winery through the main door off the gardens. We have taken great care to create one way flow throughout the winery, socially distanced wine tasting experiences at the bar and separate entry and exit doors. The Estate winery serves wine by the glass, bottle or flight, hot mulled wine, beer or cider.... All can be enjoyed in our seating area near the stage which is now enclosed and heated for comfort.
