Wispy lashes have been all the rage lately! I’ve done more wispy lashes these last 3 months than the whole of my 3 year lash career. It actually takes a lot of work and planning to achieve this effortless look.

Who says your lashes can’t match your outfit or personality?

Ever wonder how I hand make my volume fans? This is a little technique that I made up and taught myself a couple years ago (similar to the LBLA method, I think?). I have spent the last 2 years perfecting it so I can crack out a volume fan in 2-3 seconds. During one volume set I handmake about 200-400 of these bad boys for your eyes, since we have on average 90-150 lashes per eye! . Benefits of handmade volume fans: they wrap around the natural lash, not sit on top like premades or classic lashes, for better retention! They are customizable for each natural lash (wide fan, narrow fan, big fan, small fan, etc.). No added glue or heaviness like premade fans. . I am using @fixebeauty Obsession volume lashes (always) and their curved tweezers and @sugarlashpro signature bond glue.

Look at these healthy, clean and cute little volume fans holding on to the natural lash for dear life! Notice how nice and fluffy the fan is? That means it’s been properly washed and cared for since our last visit! This is 3 weeks worth of growth for my client and most her lashes were grown out 5-6 millimetres! Never yet met someone with a faster lash growth speed than right here!! . This is why you need to get your lashes filled every 2-3 weeks. You may have great retention but your lashes have grown in this time. Leaving lashes on like this is dangerous for your lash health and must be removed!
