Outdoor yoga classes in both Vernon and Oyama will be starting soon, stay tuned over the next couple days for the schedule!

Once again, all low impact indoor activities (such as yoga) have been canceled by the BC Government. Fingers crossed '3 weeks' is actually 3 weeks. Unlike '2 weeks to flatten the curve'...Namaste everyone !

Hey Moms with little babes in Lake Country! Mom & Baby yoga in Oyama begins in a couple weeks, thursdays at 11am through April. Located upstairs at the Oyama Hall, where there is plenty of space for social distancing. No yoga experience required. A great way to move your body safely postpartum and meet other new moms in the area! 4 week series is $63 including tax. Feel free to PM me with any questions!

Drop-in Flow & Stretch Yoga is coming to The Oyama Community Hall as of October 20th! Classes will be Tuesday mornings at 9:15am. Each class is $10.

Mom & Baby yoga in Vernon begins this Monday at 10am. Mini 3 week series, $47.25 including tax. For Moms with babies 6 weeks old (8 weeks post C-sections) up to pre-crawling. Email [email protected] to sign up!

Lake Country mamas: I'm wondering if there would be any interest in an evening Yin class at The Oyama hall for us moms (and dads) in the fall. I feel like we are all feeling alot of stress with everything going on and a relaxing, stretchy meditative Yin class once a week would be a good offering, but I'd like to know if there is interest! There are some of you that had bought a punch pass from me prior to the Pandemic, you could of course use that towards these classes as well since I'm not sure when I'll be able to have the kids play area set up again with all the restrictions.
