We have more curbside lunches to look forward to! Look for postings for curbside lunches every Wednesday and Friday in January.

Effective immediately there will be no fitness or activity based programs until after the new year with exception of support groups, the Dining Room and the Fitness Centre which remain open.

During the 2 week Mandatory closure announced LSCO will be open for certain programs and services. The Dining Room will remain open. As of Friday, November 13 27 the following classes and sports will be cancelled. Low Impact Cardio, Tabata, Gentle Exercise, ABS & Core...
