Our new group is here and have been added to our website. We're definitely in the slower time of year for shelters, so we only have 3 so far in this group.

**Adopted ** Ophelia is still on the hunt for her furever home This beautiful 2 year old girl who needs a home with no children. She needs to remain on a urinary diet. She is super chatty, especially when she wants your attention. She's also very affectionate, especially when it's on her terms, so a slight sassy side when she's no longer feeling it. She did okay with a calm dog in her foster home. Ophelia can be found in our storefront, which means she can be visited at any time we are open and without an appointment. Please check the website for adoption status of you are considering adopting her.

Whisket and Fern Definitely one of the most adorable pairs.

Our handsome man Boots unfortunately had his adoption fall through. He is about 15 years old, very affectionate, social, and even still playful! Gets along very well with other cats and has even done well around younger children. Boots does need a small amount medicine in his ears twice a week called Burrow's, which he makes quick and easy with how cooperative he is!

Whisket and Fern are an adorable bonded duo who are looking for their furever home together. These sweet girls need a quiet, calm home that has the patience to allow them to adjust and blossom. They currently much prefer to stay cuddled together underneath the cover of our seating.

New storefront cutie on the block Stuart is a handsome ~3 year old boy looking for a home without any other pets, and no littler children (5+). He can be quite the chatty lad and can be quite sweet, he may just need some time to settle in and feel comfortable. Stuart can be found in our storefront, which means you don't need an appointment to visit him.

The first part of our lounge kitties have arrived, as well as two cuties for inside of our storefront. The next set of booking is also available.

Story is a sweet 10 year old girl who makes it hard to get a good photo! She's a loving and inquisitive lady who does okay with other cats. Seems to do okay around children, but sometimes retreats when there's too much action.

Tedo is pretty pumped that it's almost Friday. She hopes for many pets over the weekend before she goes home Sunday afternoon. (This lovely lady already has an adoption)

We had 3 new kitties join us last night, bringing our total to 9. We hope to have their info on the website later today.

We have another bonded pair in our storefront looking for their furever home Ella and Sheeba are 2 painfully affectionate girls. Ella loves to give hugs and sometimes jump on your shoulders, and Sheeba loves to curl up on your lap. They are both 5 years old. Ella does need to be on a urinary diet. They werent the biggest fan of other cats, but may adjust a bit more over time. Definitely okay with other children, but unsure about little ones. Older/calmer dogs that give space would probably be okay. Both ladies can be found in our storefront and visited without an appointment during our regular hours. Ella did previously have a bit of an eye infection, but she has been finishing her meds and is mostly cleared up!

We are stocked back up on lots of Tessaramics mugs, ring dishes, yarn bowls, and even some new cat jars! Currently in our storefront only, but we anticipate having some on the online store in the next few days.

Our new set of kitties are up on the website, as well as our next set of bookings. We are expecting a couple more later in the week/weekend, but so far a very sweet bunch.

We are clearing out what's left of our Pusheen bags and pencil cases. The backpack is now $20, messenger and tote bags are now $15, and pencil cases are now $6. See individual photos on our website.

Billy is a ~6 year old handsome gent who is looking for a special furever home. He is a super sweet boy who loves pets. He does have FIV (we will provide more info on our website this evening), so will need to be the only cat in the household. Older kids may be best. Billy can be found in our storefront and can be visited anytime during our regular business hours without an appointment. The first part of our new group has arrived and we are giving them the day to acclimate. Their photos and information will be available on the website later this evening, along with the booking.

We have 4 new crew members arrive today and have put up our booking starting tomorrow at 12:30. This will give us time to react and reach any of our bookings should we be without power

**Now adopted!! ** Tamara is a 2 year old Himalayan mix who is still looking for her forever home. She is very sweet but can be quite vocal, so an apartment or light sleeping human may not be ideal for her. While she doesnt like to be picked up much, she is very affectionate and just wants a human by her side. Tamara is in our storefront and can be visited during our regular hours without an appointment.

Available for Adoption At the age of 10, sweet Kira was un-spayed and pregnant when she was brought to the SPCA by a kind volunteer. After giving birth ...and sending all of her kittens off to loving forever homes, Kira is hoping her turn is next Since being in our care, she has had a polyp removal (you can read more about polyps in the link below) as well as a large dental surgery where most of her remaining teeth had to be removed. Now that she has made a full recovery (thanks to her amazing foster mom) she is now ready to find her forever family. She would prefer to be the only cat in the home. Spike is 13 years young and is an ultra sweet and vocal boy who gives the best hugs. He frequently gets a little snaggled tooth, which is honestly one of the cutest things ever. Find his full bio on our website. Spike is hanging out in our storefront and can be visited during any of our regular business hours. He is finishing up some meds for his squinty eye.

**Adopted** Our new storefront guest Charlotte is a beautiful 3 year old girl. She can take a little time to warm up, but she is very sweet and friendly. She needs to be the only pet in the home and would do best in a home without smaller children. She can also be quite talkative Cats in our storefront can be visited anytime were open and dont require an appointment.

Our new set of cats have arrived and our new bookings are up on our website. Our little ladies Jersey and Purr are also now hanging out in our storefront We will fix up all the ages on the website tomorrow.

We still have our bonded pair Jersey (6) and Purr (8, pictured) who are looking for their furever homes Purr has finally started to come out of her shell a little bit, but they are both still fairly nervous. Wed like them to go to a calmer home without smaller children. They would be okay with other cats as long as they were respectful. It is recommended that Purr have a dental diet. Our booking and information for our new group is now up on our website. We also have this handsome lad hanging out in our storefront with us His name is Fynn and hes 10 years old. Hes very sweet, but still a little shy. Despite this, he still likes to try and chat. He is looking for an adult home without any other pets. Fynn can be visited anytime in our storefront without an appointment.

We had our last set of kitties go home yesterday and are expecting our next group soon We will share once they arrive and when we are starting our next set of bookings.

We have a fresh group of 10 cuties that arrived today and have opened up bookings for the next 2 weeks. We will have everyones names and ages updated on the website tomorrow, as well as some descriptions. There are a few that need calmer homes. All of their pictures are up on the website and the ages range from 1-6

We have a new handsome gent joining us in the storefront Trey is 9 years old and is very sweet and talkative. He has so much to say that he cannot go to a home which is an apartment or condo! He also requires a special diet from the vet called Anallergenic. This can be a pricey food, so the adopter must be prepared for that. He should be okay with other cats, especially with proper introductions. Trey can be visited anytime in our storefront without an appointment.

We have a pretty exciting surprise in that our group is 6 adorable little 10 week babies If youve been needing some kitten therapy with some super affectionate and crazy babies, nows your chance! We will have their photos added to the website later this evening, but they are all primarily black and white.

Some of our cats who went home yesterday This was overall a more shy group, so most took some time to settle in. Jessica preferred to stay under one of our ferret nation cages for the first little while, but once she realized she was safe, it didnt take her long to show her affectionate side. Emily was a very quiet but loving girl who liked her cubby. Ophelia was our first 3-legged resident who was quite wary at first, but definitely came to love all the pets. Zoro was one of our most social boys right off the bat. Always there to greet our guests and receive lots of love. Happy life to our adoptions #395-398

The last cuties from our previous group Tofu was an incredibly timid little lady who would frequently hiss when you first went to pet her. After a lot of food and TLC, she really came out of her last week or so here and became a very confident and outgoing little lady. Crystal was our girl who loved people, just not so much the other cats. She always followed people around and frequently got the zoomies. Giorgio was always ready for some pets and loved to roll around on the table until he got what he wanted. And of course, the quarantine queen Orchid. She always made sure her roommates stayed clean and was always down to cuddle. This lovely lady was truly an amazing emotional help during these last few months. Happy life to our adoptions #390-393

A couple more cuties from our previous group Obi was our super shy boy who spent most of his time initially in the couch. As soon as he realized how great it was to get lots of human attention, he only went back for naps. Molly was a sweet lady who loved to stay close by and get lots of pets. Falafel was a another shy and timid boy who you could tell really wanted love. Gerard was always very nervous and skinny boy who we were able to watch his confidence (and weight) steadily grow. Izzy was one of our original kitties to come in. She was always super playful and good for a laugh. Happy life to our adoptions #385-389

The first part of our group who went home last weekend Fish was a sweet and cozy guy who enjoyed his food and pets. Butterball and James were two snugglers who always loved being close to someone, human or feline. Bob Ross and Greg (who actually went home together and have been doing great!) Were probably some of the most playful of the 2. They loved to wrestle. Greg liked to cause trouble and very few wanted to take it, haha. Happy love to our sweet adoptions #380-384

This beautiful little lady is Bella Shes 6 yrs old and needs to be on a urinary diet. Shes super sweet and chatty, and enjoys being around people. She isnt a fan of other cats and should go to a home where she is a single lady. She is also not a fan of dogs. Most likely ok with children who are respectful of her space. Bella can be found in our storefront, which means she can be visited without an appointment.

While getting ready to post about our last group which went home last weekend, I somehow completely missed a few cats from our group right before stores started needing to close! Joy, Met, and Morgan were adoptions #377-379 Happy life to these snugglebugs

Weve added our next set of online booking onto the website. Most of the cats we have right now are incredibly shy and timid and need quieter homes. We are expecting more cats between Thursday and Saturday. We are unsure on their personalities with other cats currently. Zorro is a sweetheart

The first set of our new group arrived We are waiting to see how they settle in before opening booking up. All we can say so far is the 5 which arrived need quieter homes. Information on ages, gender, etc will be added to the website later on. We have a few more arriving later in the week.

I frequently get comments about how I must get attached to the cats and it must be hard to see them go. The answer is definitely yes! We get to learn so much about the cats in our care and theres always a few that wiggle further into your heart. We also get to see some amazing transformations, where a cat comes in shy, withdrawn, nervous, but blossoms into an amazingly sweet and social cat. But as @kittenxlady says, the goal is goodbye and we love being able to potentially... help these babies find their most ideal furever home. We are pretty excited that all 15 of our cats have homes lined up in just one week! Everyone will go home after the weekend, so if youve been meaning to get some kitty cuddles in, we have a few spots open over the next few days. We will get another set of felines sometime next week most likely, and when we do, we will open the next set of bookings.
