THIS TEXT WAS WRITTEN BY: JESSICA LITRAS Having a lot of friends is great, but how many of them can I truly count on? A lot less than I thought. When I was growing up, I thought having a lot of friends meant I was important and even special and I’d never have to face tough times alone, but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve started to realize that the quality of the people in my life is way more important than the quantity. I’ve been screwed over by people I thought had my back more times than I can count. Because of that, I don’t trust easily but you know what? I’m totally okay with that. The few people I do trust are ones who’ve really earned it. MANY PEOPLE SIMPLY DON'T DESERVE YOUR TRUST, TO KNOW YOU DEEPLY.... AND THAT IS OK. LEARN TO ACCEPT IT !!!

The courage to be happy also includes the courage to be disliked. When you have gained that courage, your interpersonal relationships will all at once change into things of lightness. If one really has a feeling of contribution, one will no longer have any need for recognition from others. Ichiro kishimi I believe people are good at heart. Still, it’s human nature to test each other’s boundaries. When you’re willing to risk being disliked, you’re able to say no when you ne...ed to. Your yeses and nos shapes your future, so choose them wisely. Let your words be kind but fearless. If you want to be liked by everyone, odds are you’re spreading yourself way too thin trying to keep them all happy. We need to use our time judiciously to enrich ourselves and others instead of worrying about everyone’s perceptions. If you have been holding yourself back at voicing who you are and simply taking a different route, if you have said yes when you needed to disapprove, to declare or bring justice, then you have broken the artery of your own authenticity. AFTER NINE YEARS OF OFFERING THERAPEUTIC SESSIONS THROUGH THE SUPPORT OF HORSES, EFL! NOT ALL HORSES ARE THERAPY HORSES !!!!!!! I try to share my learnings from the horses to the public as much as I can. I do this by offering private sessions and an intense 6 month EFL certification, which includes specifics on the psychology of the horse. MANY THINGS ARE VERY IMPORTANT for us humans to know about horses before even thinking of offering services such as emotional therapeutic... sessions supported by horses, I mean, through these sessions you connect with the most personal states of a human being and that is NOT something to be taken lightly ! ONE THING FOR SURE is that contrary from what you see on the internet, NOT ALL HORSES ARE THERAPEUTIC as for offering emotional agility and trauma support to the public !!!!! Some horses here at LERAS Horse Path I have thaught for months to a year the work of supporting my clients. YES, horses are born intuitive creatures but not all horses know the work of being a therapist. When we as humans are fooled in believing that this beautiful work we offer here at LERAS is simply MAGIC and all horses are therapy horses then we are only thinking with our trained minds and not our hearts. IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THIS !! Look at it this way, are all humans professional therapists ? Are all dogs therapeutic dogs ? Like humans, HORSES ARE SPIRITUAL BEINGS not magical machines !!! There are responsabilities, learnings and teachings that come with this horses and therapy work ! Being a horseman is not the same thing as being the facility offering therapeutic sessions based on emotional agility. You can be a horseman, owning horses and thoses horses will be teachers for you personally since you will constantly learn from your horses ! But if you are a facility offering THERAPEUTIC SESSIONS through the support of horses you will need to ask those teacher horses some specific things in order to become a professional therapeutic center. www.lerashorsepath.com
