It has mathematically points & coordinates that communicate commands to a machine. We create ours in CorelDraw but can also be done in Adobe Illustrator or similar software. There are also many sites that offer free or low priced files that work. ...and of course, you can always just Google... it using ‘Vector’ in your search.
