Most skills coaches agree, puck protection and deception are attributes that that separate great players from good ones. It’s no different for goalies. A lot has been made of this clip lately and rightfully so. It’s a creative, skilled play. If you want to be a highly effective puckhandler, work on your puck protection skills and learn to be deceptive.
