** ANNOUNCEMENT ** Rosebud Theatre is thrilled to announce that we will be bringing live theatre back to Alberta, re-opening on November 6 with a safely distan...ced Charles Dickens’ classic, ‘A Christmas Carol.’ To date Rosebud Theatre is the only company in Alberta offering A Christmas Carol live on stage. For all of the families who have made this classic an annual tradition at Theatre Calgary or the Citadel Theatre, we invite you to continue your tradition by joining us to experience the Christmas magic of Rosebud. Tickets are extremely limited. Social distancing has been ensured by modifying the number of audience seats per show from 230 to 62, and changing our dining room experience from buffet style to plate service. AHS guidelines will be exceeded and surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected following each performance to ensure that each guest's experience is safe and enjoyable. A Christmas Carol is at the Rosebud Opera House from November 6, 2020 December 23, 2020. The show is suitable for children over the age of 6 and is the perfect way to feel the Christmas Spirit. So we are now able to let you all know we have hand sanitizer available to the public. There is a huge need and we have been working hard to get sanitizer out ...into the world. Firstly, we want to let you know also that we are especially wanting to get this to the places that need it most, so we will be donating to the Food Bank and low income housing here in Lacombe as well as other groups who are most vulnerable and in need of sanitizer. Also, if you are in a tough place and can't afford this type of a purchase due to whatever reason please let us know and free sanitizer will be available to you through the taproom. Some other notes: - We are selling it currently in 4L jugs and 20L pails. - These will be available in a couple of ways initially: 1. directly through the taproom (socially-distance mindful, open 3-7pm) 2. Your local liquor store will be able to get it in (so ask them to bring it in!) - We have an email address for all inquiries (including larger bulk orders): [email protected].
