Hello to all Makwa residents! The Village office is now accepting Nominations for councillor. Last day to bring your nomination papers is April 16 @ 3:00 pm. Anyone wanting to run for councillor please pickup you forms from the office Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00- 3:00. Good luck to all those running. Have a great week!!

CONGRATULATION!!! Keith Nydegger has been elected Mayor for the village of Makwa. Thank You to Antony (Tony) Beaudry for being a candidate in the election, and thanks to all the Makwa residents who took the time to come out and vote. We had 46 voters out.
