Mapleview Golf & Country Club is currently seeking a rising star who is a talented culinarian with sufficient experience to oversee the daily operation of the restaurant. The Club’s Chef is responsible for planning, purchasing, menu development, execution, hiring, and training. Team participation and team leadership are paramount, as the Club’s mission and focus are centered on providing excellent service to its members and their guests at every turn. We are seeking a candida...te with: Minimum of 3 years of chef experience Culinary Degree preferred Must have a true passion for food flavors and quality, menu creation and plate presentation Must have a strong work ethic and a can do, guest experience oriented attitude Must be organized, detail oriented, efficient, consistent and dependable Must have considerable knowledge of budgeting and expense management Must create a fun working environment with your teammates and respect them as internal guests Position Summary: This position is responsible for the efficient operation of all kitchen systems, a positive atmosphere, and a lasting impression to all Mapleview Golf & Country Club guests.
