The benefits of practising ballet on a regular basis are many. It is a full body and mind workout. The parts of your body that will benefit the most from are your gluts, legs and feet. It’s excellent to maintain and exercise your coordination and balance and to increase your flexibility and improve your posture. Additionally, ballet is a precious performing art in which we can express ourselves through dance. Join me online to start your day https://FlamencoSchool.ca/ballet
