One of our owners brad has collapsed on the job in horrible pain multiple times since we started in the bow valley in 2017, after years of Dr's telling him nothing was wrong he got on a waiting list for an MRI and after a long wait his results came in saying he doesn't have an ACL at all in his left leg. Hi Bow Valley Residents, Lately we have heard a lot of interesting and confusing comments about our company, and in the interest of transparency, we the owners (Brad on the Left, Jared on the Right), haven't clearly communicated that we are 100% locals and only operate in the Bow Valley. Our Brand started in Vancouver in 2002 and was franchised shortly after to other cities in Canada and the US. Calgary is a separate locally owned business that runs independently from us.... We started our franchise in 2017 and like all small businesses we had to get loans and build our business from scratch based on our methodology and willingness to work hard and succeed. We love being a part of the community and spend money locally wherever possible, and where quality equipment and service is available to fit our needs to service our customers efficiently for the best price. We do have one staff member who lives in Cochrane, but the other 5 staff members all live in Canmore. In the winter months we also employ another 10+ part time snow removal technicians who come from Banff, Canmore, and Exshaw. Hey Canmore, our guys are working long hours and only taking breaks to sleep and eat, we are focusing primarily on roadways and driveways during this giant storm but rest assured that everything will be cleared following the end of the snowfall. Most properties are taking 2-3 times longer than normal so there will be delays. Thankyou for the understanding and amazingly small amount of complaints being sent in to us. It's great that we have such a reasonable group of custome...rs. Ps.
