A message from Julie about the calendar: Hi everyone! What a great job you are doing!... Once everyone who has told me they intend to send in a photo actually does, we will only have about 10 SPOTS LEFT!!! This is fantastic! So if you haven’t sent in those photos yet, please do so by this weekend. The sooner I have all the submissions the sooner I can get this done! I’ve made arrangements with many of you to take your dog’s photo. I am always happy to do this, so if anybody else needs to have the photo taken just let me know. Best to text/call me as I only check this email in the evenings. We have many new participants this year who I recently met in the park, but a small handful of you have yet to send in their photos. I hope to receive your submissions soon. You know who you are and your pups are gorgeous! Send me those photos! As mentioned there are some spots left. If you’ve been planning to participate but keep forgetting to submit, now is the time! Or at least let me know and I will hold your spot. Payment: Photo inclusion (includes a free calendar) is $25 Additional calendars $15 (great as gifts or stocking stuffers) You can etransfer to this email address OR drop off cash/ cheque to my house. If you are dropping off at my house please put payment in an envelope and include YOUR NAME & YOUR DOG’S NAME & the number of calendars . I will email you an acknowledgement of receipt for your records. When the calendars are printed, you can pick up at my house or I will designate times to meet people in the park to deliver. Thank you everyone- we are almost there! Julie 416.833.2375 66 Bastedo A

It's that time of year! Would you like your pup included in the Charity Dog Calendar this year? Julie Glick is willing to continue putting together the community calendar, and the charities need our help as much, or even more than ever. This year will be different though. We will need to do this largely through emails. This means sending Julie your dog photos! If she receives at least 50% of submissions via email ASAP, she will do the legwork and start hanging out in dog par...ks and approaching dog owners on the street to make the calendar happen lol. Julie and her husband, Bob, lost their own dog, Micah in December, and a number of Micah’s friends this year have also passed, so please send her your favourite photo if your pup who passed away and I will include them in the memorial page (presuming the calendar is a go). Let’s put a deadline as Oct 10 to send her your photo if you want to participate. That way she can have a few weeks until the end of October to round up the rest of the participants- It takes her a couple weeks to put together the calendar, then off to the printer which can sometimes take an additional 2-3 weeks. Reminder: Please send phone photos ORIGINAL size, preferably taken in natural light. If you need help with a photo or want her to take it just let her know and she will swing by. Each photo submission is $25 (includes a calendar). Additional calendars are $15. Ads are $35. She will help you create one if you want. A single ad is 2.25h x 2w. If you have a business that experienced significant hardship this year, please let her know. Julie can be reached at [email protected].
