These tiny two bite appies were a hell of a lot better tasting than the photo ...looks. Poor lighting. Great bites. Lol. I always have a package of @messingermeats ready to cook meatballs in my freezer. Short of time and these popped into my mind. I received some homemade horseradish from my beach residing lake loving friend Kathy and knew I wanted to use it. The little burger bite on the left has swiss cheese, a sauteed mushroom, horseradish, sauerkraut, and a tiny piece of spicy pickled bean. The bite on the right: traditional burger style with cheddar, mustard, lettuce, pickle slice and tomato. That's it. That easy. I popped the frozen meatballs in the oven for 40 minutes, in a shallow baking dish covered with foil. Then browned them slightly. Happy Friday everyone!!! Eat well. Be safe on the highways. Happy Monday Healthy Meat Lovers Crime has found us for the second time this year in form of a break in. Beyond the door glass, there was no damage. Do to the heavy coated, hard to break glass the culprit had a hard time getting in, and luckily only one of the DONATION JAR's was stolen. Times are hard for everyone....
