Attention Medicine Hat Residents (Please Share): Here is a PSA on what happened to my business, Mike’s Meats, last night. These incidents keep happening and we... NEED to help each other out!! Lock your cars... Lock your homes... Get cameras for your property... At 3am I was notified of activity/movement outside the shop. I watched as he tried to break into my work vehicle 3 times!!! I called the police on my way to confront the criminal. I arrived at the same time as the police - they arrested him, searched him and found break & enter tools (including a hatchet). Due to COVID restrictions, the police had to release him. So... he is still roaming the streets of our community with no regard for other people’s property! This keeps happening to so many businesses, homes, & vehicles - there seems to be very little consequences for criminals like this idiot. So frustrating! Keep your eyes peeled for this POS!!
