Lockdown 2.0 Yes, we are open for business!!! Rest assured that your pets will get the medical attention they need. But no, you can not come in. Our door is locked.... We are offering curbside service ONLY. Foods and medications will be brought to your car. Pets can be picked up and returned to your car or exchanged at the clinic door for their appointments. Payment is accepted over the phone by credit card, through email via e-transfer and at the door if debit and cash are your only options. PLEASE CALL THE CLINIC for service! 613-779-6770 We can arrange pick ups and drop offs and book appointments. Special Notes We will be closed ALL Saturdays in January 2021 but will be open Monday-Friday 9-5 (although we will be closing early on December 31st, and closed January 1st of course). Stay careful, stay healthy, and please do not knock on our door we are not sanitizing the exterior!

COVID-19 Update Our door is now unlocked! But due to social distancing restrictions, we are asking clients to limit the number of people in the waiting area to three(3) at a time. This helps to ensure everyone maintains a safe distance of two meters apart. There are blue paw prints on the floor to help with this as well. We would also really appreciate it if only one family member per household comes into the clinic.... Please be patient with us, we are working our way through two and a half months of postponed vaccinations and are trying our hardest not to fall further behind! To squeeze in more vaccine appointments, we are now booking SOME Saturdays again. The remaining Saturdays we will be open for food and prescription pick ups only. We strongly recommend calling the clinic before you come to verify specific Saturday hours. As per government mandate, as of Friday July 10, 2020 at 12 pm, everyone entering the clinic MUST now wear a mask or face covering. Thank you again for your understanding through all of this, and continue to stay safe, and enjoy you summer!

It is time for another COVID19 Update! What Re-opening Means for Us The answer may surprise you, but really, not much is going to change here. Our current routine seems to be working and is helping to keep everyone - clients AND staff - safe, so we are going to continue on our current course.... Just to recap what the new normal is: - We are keeping our door locked to limit the number of people in our reception area. - We are accepting payment over the phone and via etransfer. - Curbside pickup is supported and encouraged. - One person is allowed in the exam room with the doctor at a time, OR - We can come out to your vehicle to pickup and return your pet. - PLEASE CALL when you arrive at the clinic for your scheduled appointment. The only change for us, is that we will be starting to book appointments for non-urgent care. This will include annual vaccinations. At this time, we will continue to postpone elective surgeries (spays and neuters) as we work our way through the backlog of overdue vaccinations. Thank you again for your patience through all of this and continue to stay safe! ps- Unfortunately, our clinic is still closed to new clients. We stopped taking new clients three years ago as we began searching for an associate veterinarian to join our practice, and we are still looking!

If you are in need of flea/tick treatment, food, or medication, please call the clinic as we have limited stock - but orders are still coming in. We have locked our door, and are asking clients to 1- call us to order items over the phone prepaying by credit card when ever possible... 2- when you arrive at the parking lot, let us know their vehicle type and we will bring it out to you. Attention Clients COVID-19 Precautions Due to the extraordinary circumstances surrounding all of us, we are changing our normal operation to increase client safety, while still providing medical care to our beloved pets. We are open Monday to Friday 9-5, but will be closed Saturdays for the next couple of weeks. We are currently booking appointments for issues that require immediate medical attention, but for medical needs that can wait, and especially for our senior client...s and those that have been travelling, we are asking to postpone those appointments until at least the first week of April. We are also asking that all clients check with us before coming in with their pets as we are trying to limit the number of people in the clinic at one time, and are disinfecting surfaces between every appointment. If you need cat or dog food, please call the clinic before coming in. Due to the overwhelming amount of overbuying province wide, our supplier has been swamped with orders and is unable to keep up with the demand. We currently have very limited stock but are anticipating receiving food orders over the next couple of weeks nothing is on backorder yet. To ensure there is food for everyone we are asking clients to only purchase what they would normally.
