Worked all day and then baked from 430-10 tonight filled orders of chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, peanutbutter cookies and trail mix cookies..... I think I made about 130 cookies ....... pooped now. All orders complete except one last thing for a Saturday 76th birthday order :) someone ordered a tray of 76 cookies and tarts for a family members 76th bday! Glad to help and deliver as they msgd all the way from Vancouver to make this happen

Some baking this weekend. Started today with blueberry muffins, carrot muffins and homemade caramel sauce. Then later will be apple pie and banana bread. Then tomorrow social tea squares and if I have time start on another order of oatmeal raisin cookies, raisin bran muffins and gingerbread cookies. Thank you everyone for your continued support

A busy Saturday in the books. Made today was 6 loaves of lemon poppyseed cake, 2 apple pies, two batches of energy balls, oatmeal raisin cookies, peanut butter cookies and pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. On the list for tomorrow hamburger buns and ginger cookies. If you’d like to add to my list this week pls msg ASAP as I try to manoeuvre through kids online learning and waiting and transition to in person education with our special needs children or joining the online world. Would love to keep my mind and hands busy and bake for you. It also helps my family during this difficult time. And I’ll do anything for my family thank you all for your continued support!

Doing cupcake kits for a virtual party Friday and one child has gluten allergy. So I'm making regular cupcakes for 11 kids and 1 gluten free for the 12th. I have 4 gluten free vanilla cupcakes leftover for only $6.00. Can add a homemade vanilla icing for 4/$8.00. ONLY the 4 available. I’m not one who likes to make things that involve yeast, rising, kneading. My experience, never turns out. I had a request for hamburger buns, gave it a shot, they turned out delicious. Had a request for cinnamon buns, real soft, doughy, pull apart goodness, they turned out. Feeling so proud I tried these recipes today and filled customers requests and made a pan for my family
