I find it intresting. Was woke in the dreaming processes. About 6 days ago was with someone looking over an older building.... The dream I was having last night, was inside that old building. Talking with someone else about ideas and plans. Intresting, cause even the little things a human gets exposed too, shows up in our dteams. That being that case aim towards positive surroundings, and shut off the stress of life at least a little bit of time before sleep. To get your mind shifting into cool thoughts before the dreams begins, cause our actions and thoughts lead up to the dreaming processes good or bad. So help guide your processes to improve your dream Quality. In return the next day it always feels nice to start a day just having a great dream.

As for the Moderna vaccine shot I got around 10 am on Sunday. No symptoms Arm never bothered me much more than a flue shot.... Had a flue shot about 6 months ago and basically the same. The accident completely got me to forget I needed my second dose traveling vaccine. Got my first to not get upset from Mexico water and hep C but never got my second yet I will have to book an appointment.

Off to chase a dream.

Today is 3 weeks gone by from my ACL+ surgery. Only on 1 tab of 81 mg of baby aspirin a day to help thin the blood. Plus it seems to be enough to sleep again for now.... Getting the covid vaccine this Sunday. As things start to trickle in as other hobby goals becoming in reach.

Excited to see my 4th book.

Inside my thoughts. The 4th book created a pleasant thought involving my death. It goes like this:... ' Ok I will read you a story before bedtime. This book was written by your great, great, great grandfather.' This thought is concerning my 4th book, a kids book wich one of my desendents could be read. Just thinking many of years in the future, cool thought, but who knows.

Took 53 minutes to reach REM last night. Three nights in s row I remember fragments of my dreams. Woke at 4.45 am was happy I remembered a bit of a dream.... Than could not get back to sleep so I practice trying to see the lights behind closed eyes which I have called the Nebula in the past. In certain positions I could see the lights. To my surprise at about 6.45am I decided to shut my dreem head ban off and get some breakfast. To my surprise cause in the two hour period that I thought I was awake, acording to my dreem headban I was certainly asleep and had light, deep and about a 30 minutes of REM dream sleep. I remember a time when I would stay aware from going asleep and waking up with dreams and blackness in between but yet staying aware what seemed like the entire time. Like last night just as naturally but did not know I was asleep like before.

As I set as many triggers as I can to the REM processes. I remembered last night's dream.

I ordered 5 copies of my newest book. Pre-release. I should have them in 4 to 6 weeks than they go to all the other channels like the other books I wrote are on, like Amazon etc.
