Homes sold in an average of 12 days down 10 days from last year, for $604,950 up 14.5% from October 2019. Homes sold for 108.1% of their original listing price- for the highest increase in the region of 6.7% from October 2019 #Kitchener also had significant growth in sales prices up 17.5% from last year. Days on market declined to an average of 13 day...s and sold for 106.6% of their original listing price. #Waterloo had the highest growth rate of the region. Sales prices increased significantly 21.5% from September 2019 to an average of $697,782.
