New guidelines will be in place as far as gross and total debt to income, is being reduced from 39/44 to 35/42. Which will have an impact and now limit purchasing power. ... Example: For someone who wouldve qualified for 500K loan, would now be reduced to approximately 460K, which translates to 40K less in purchasing power.
