Hello! I trust everyone has stayed safe and made the most of this interesting situation we are all in. I have decided to get back in the saddle and open back up for massage by meeting and exceeding all new health and safety protocols and guidelines. There will be a new procedure to follow for treatment to keep each client as safe as possible. Things like screening each client, each wearing face masks and spacing clients out to have very little contact with anyone but myself.... I will and always have disinfect the treatment room before and after each client. Personal Training and my latest added service Nutritional guidance will also be available in studio soon but I can do either of those virtually now. If we all do our part we should get through this interesting time much more efficiently. Hello. Just an update on In Balance Wellness during the COVID-19 virus and the changes in our way of life. While you and your family are top priority, I am open for business but will be screening each client to protect other client’s wellbeing. While I have always been conscious of keeping a disinfected environment at the studio, I have been taking extra measures in assuring a clean and safe environment. I have also been mindful of where I go and have taken the appropriate precautions to stay heathy for my business and family. Take the appropriate safety measures and try to get outside for some fresh air with your family.

New subwoofer!!! The sound quality was good but it is going to be at a much higher level now. Can’t wait to test it out tonight! A 90min class consisting of 1hr spin followed with strength and stretching. A perfectly balanced workout for everyone. Interesting music as always. Contact me if interested.
